Day 43 vol. 2: Travel WOD #1

The conference was crazy and I was not able to make it to Kaizen Crossfit, so I did a travel WOD with my buddy Rich Breiner.  It was an awesome WOD!    It was a solid day for me, and Rich’s first time!  Great job my friend!

Travel WOD

15 Air squats

15 pushups

15 situps

3 rounds

I was tired I need to get lower on the squats!

WOD 2

Walked 60 minutes with Rich in Palms halls.  Excellent conversation!

Stronger than Yesterday!!!!!

 

Meal 1: bacon and eggs, V-8, and fruit

 

Meal 2: missed it

 

Meal 3: Carribbean salad

 

Meal 4: missed it

 

Meal 5: Primal Cheese burger, grape juice and salad
