This was fun.  I need to work on my endurance but it was solid!

 

8 Min AMRAP

6 Thrusters (135/95)

8 Box Jumps (24/20)

12 Pull-ups

 

Still need to work on my thruster depth!  The Box Jumps were good!  The pullups were ok.  The one thing I need to d is make sure to properly warm up
