Day 37 Vol. 2: Rest day

Workout: 1/6/13

Today was a rest day from Crossfit.  I needed a break!  I went 6 days straight and I felt it big time! 

WOD 2:

Nutrition

Meal 1: 2 turkey links and V-8

Meal 2: Skakelogy

Meal 3 : beef jerky, nuts, fruit

Meal 4:  Low carb burger and salad

Meal 5: Cod and veggies

Meal 6: fruit
